I want to let everyone know what a wonderful experience it was working with Mark Bolender on my recent home purchase. I had a very specific idea of the type of property that would suit my needs and Mark was excellent in narrowing in the focus of the search and not wasting my time with properties that would never work. Mark was superb in helping us buy a home. Honestly, anyone can show you a house but not every realtor knows the ins and outs of the process and have contacts that make the process smoother. In our situation, Mark literally saved our buy. We were in the process of buying a short-sale house which took more time but Mark kept us constantly updated. He was exceptionally resourceful when 2 weeks before closing and our loan didn't come through (eek!) Mark's alternate loan person closed it in record time and got it done! It's incredibly valuable to have a realtor that is as experienced, professional, and resourceful as Mark is.
